Bio
I am a passionate researcher specializing in computational chemistry, molecular simulations, and AI-based drug design. Having recently completed my Erasmus Mundus MSc in Chemical Innovation and Regulation (ChIR) from the Universitat de Barcelona, Spain & Universidade do Algarve, Portugal, my research focused on the quantification and computational analysis of polyphenols in the context of the Mediterranean diet. My previous Master’s in Organic Chemistry strengthened my expertise in organic synthesis, spectral analysis, and cheminformatics.
During my tenure at the ABCD Laboratory, Bangladesh, I contributed to impactful projects targeting neurodegenerative diseases, working on structure-based drug design, molecular docking, and virtual screening. I have presented my research on Alzheimer’s inhibitors and neurodevelopmental disorder mutations at prestigious global forums, including the Max Planck Institute.
I am skilled in both wet-lab techniques (e.g., FTIR, NMR, GC-MS) and computational tools and python programming. Recognized for my work with the Best Researcher Award and the Erasmus Mundus Scholarship, I am driven to explore new frontiers in drug discovery. I am eager to collaborate with the EAI community to advance innovation in healthcare and technology.
