Dr Oleg Zabolotnyi is a Associate Professor of Applied Mechanics and Mechatronics Department at Lutsk National Technical University, Ukraine. Founder and adviser of Interfaculty Technology&Product Design Lab & Energy-Efficiency Lab of Lutsk NTU, Director of “Innovation Park” of LNTU. Scientific interests: Energy-efficient technologies and materials; Technologies of creation a new high-performance powder and eco-composite materials. An author and coauthor is more than 100 scientific articles, 19 patents, 2 textbooks, 5 monographs.
